Scott Grossberg to Speak at First-Of-Its-Kind California Joint Powers Insurance Authority Liability Attorney Summit

CGC is proud to announce that Scott Grossberg will speak at the upcoming California Joint Powers Insurance Authority Liability Attorney Summit on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Scott will discuss the topic “Successful Tenders of Defense.”
Scott is an instructor for the CJPIA which has over 120 members, mostly small to mid-size cities, from the San Diego area up to the Central Coast. The CJPIA provides General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage to its public entity members. The CJPIA typically handles cases involving traffic collisions, allegations of civil rights violations, police liability situations, dangerous condition of public property claims, land movement/inverse condemnation, and employment matters.
